We are first and foremost a family. We live in Parkersburg, WV and spend our days loving life together.
In March of 2009, Allie B Photographywas born. I'd like to say thanks to everyone who has believed in us inspired us and been truly awesome *ahem, my husband* as I jumped into this venture. It has become one of the biggest blessings of my life!
As I grow my business, I have the philosophy that if I do my best and treat others how I like to be treated, only good things can come. I guess you could say the business plan is to follow the golden rule & so far, so good. =)
2010 was a big year for the Bennett clan, as we settled into our new home and place of business on New York Ave. and began raising Analeigh, our beautiful baby girl.
2011 was filled with challenges, as we celebrated surviving year one of parenthood and surviving the loss of a loved one to cancer. We photographed some amazing weddings and it kept us going, inspired by the love and the families we met.
I photographed my first birth and I have become forever transformed and ignited with passion for all things baby.
2012 is going to be amazing. We will have a natural light newborn studio built by January and plan to take our business toward the focus of maternity/births/babies.
Tim is taking a step back from being so involved in shooting and will second shoot 1-2 weddings a month during peak season, and just supporting the family with his x-ray job and as Ana's daddy the rest of the year. It was a decision we made to help balance out our lives. All work and no play is not our style. =]
As we go headlong into 2012, year 4 of business - we are just bursting with blessings and can't wait to see how our continued happiness spills into the lives of our friends and into our business.
